Running is a choice. In spite of various life demands, many find time to run. Running can and should serve as an anchor, a dependable activity to look forward to and a means to attain and maintain good health. The essence of running is not race times or places or weekly mileage, though these may be important milestones and benchmarks. Rather it’s the joy and confidence we feel when doing it!
